Friendly professional service. Offered free water analysis. He answered my questions about water filtration systems. Located and removed strange little plastic piece in disposal and unclogged sink drain. Next time I need a plumber, he's welcome back.

My evolution thermostate is not working as hoped with my Alexa..but hoping Bryant figures this out for more clarity and makes it more user friendly....but...with that said...Regal is trying their best, so 5 stars for their service techs!

I was very pleased with my service call today. The technician was courteous and thorough with the repairs on my heat pump. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers to keep snow and dirt out of the house.
Josh McDonald was here yesterday after hours to check out our furnace because it stopped working. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and replaced some parts. He informed us that the part that went up was a manufacturing issue. He is going to order the necessary replacement parts. He was courteous and professional.
