Max came out after hours to repair our AC unit. It was not blowing cold air and the outside temperature was one of the hottest this year. Not only was Max prompt, polite and trustworthy, he took the time to explain everything to me that was going on. I am beyond grateful and we will be going to bed with ice cold air! Thank you Max and Regal for being superior in AC repairs and maintenance!
Fantastic all around. Called for same day service. Spoke to a lovely woman who set it up for me. Came quite quickly. Technician was so impressive. Knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions easily and thoughtfully. We were lucky it wasn't a huge problem and it didn't take long to fix. But I will be using this company in the future for any further needs. I was very pleased with the work from start to finish.
I really liked the text message and saying he's on his way and then this is our first time using them. There was a picture of him and he was very friendly and nice to this job very well brought a couple things to our attention that needed to be done and we had them done and overall we are very, very, very happy with them. Brandon did a great job.

We absolutely love our experience with Regal. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. From the folks at the office to the service techs (about to Jacob and Pete), can not say enough good things. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and HVAC system and Regal made the entire experience smooth and easy. 5 stars and deff eilty recommend for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
