Techs that did the install were very good and friendly. Really enjoyed hanging out with them during install. Josh the sales rep was great also and did a follow up quickly and we found the floor drain was clogged. Glad he came back. Great experience.

Great service
Originally had to schedule service out 3 days but when a spot opened on there calendar they called and got here the next day. Diagnosis and repair took less that 30 min (bad capacitor was causing fan to not run properly on exterior unit). The AC unit is pretty old (20+ years old and still uses R22). I plan on have it replaced soon and will have Regal do the install of the new system.
