UPDATE: they seem heavier on sales tactics, lately :( Great company. Fast reliable...but we're ironing out some "service bumps" right now 7/2026. Seasonal tuneups &...just helped us on a sewer clog, water pipe leak, A/C issue...THX.

Discovered an issue after dinner on a Friday night. Called and left a message. Got a call back within an hour and had a technician come out Saturday morning. Temporary fix until they can do a permanent fix on Monday. Having the maintenance contract with Regal really pays off!!
Brad was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering all of our questions. We hope to get him for all our plumbing projects !
