Initial plumbing inspection since joining Regal - Plumbing & Air Conditioning & Heating Service.
Roger Renoll was very professional and exact in his inspection of our home water systems , hot water heater, toilets and kitchen. All pipes, hoses in all areas were all OK, no issues noted. The hot water heater has some rust at the bottom of the unit and will to be replaced in the near future.
The new toilet seat for the unit in the powder room was installed this day and paid for by check. A receipt for this service along with the estimates that Roger prepared for new Hot Water Heater and Toilet will be mailed to me by the office personnel. The overall service visit was very good and look forward to future business and services with Regal. Regards, Jack Feldmann…

We had Regal Plumbing replace our entire HVAC system and install a new tankless water heater, and overall had a great experience.

The whole crew was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. They were a little on the expensive side, but the pricing made more sense once you factor in the robust parts and service warranty, bundled membership for future seasonal maintenance, and the discount they gave us on the tankless water heater since we were replacing the HVAC system at the same time. They also offered really flexible financing options — we were able to pay half upfront and finance the other half at 0% interest.

What really stood out, though, were the little things. They discovered that the exhaust for our old water heater was clogged because a previous owner's toddler had apparently dropped rocks down it. They cleared everything out and even installed mesh so our toddler can't continue the tradition.

They also took a bunch of extra cardboard we'd been trying to get rid of since buying and moving into the house, completely cleaned up after themselves, and somehow left our utility room cleaner than it's probably ever been.

Great group of guys, great work, and they went above and beyond in ways they absolutely didn't have to. Would definitely recommend Regal.
