I couldn't say anything more positive about the service. Excellent customer service, friendly technicians, and fair pricing. Had emergency service, regular maintenance, and recently a system replacement done through Regal. Everything is high standards and quality.
Reagan came to replace the baffle on my furnace. I got a text that he was on the way and it took less than an hour for the work to be done. He let me know about the warranty and recapped what was done before he left. Great service !
My furnace was not working and I called , after hours. Reagan was at my house within the hour and restarted the furnace and told me I needed a replacement part. He showed me how to restart if I needed to. I am just waiting for a quote now. Quick, efficient and nice people,both techs and office. The office also called this morning to check.
They cleared a clogged drain. Quick and efficient.
Second visit- scheduled pipe inspection. Very thorough and spent time discussing water heaters and small repairs with me. Very helpful.
Third visit:Greg replaced my water heater expansion tank and my outdoor faucet. Both look beautiful and he walked me through what he did and what to expect. The estimate given was the price I paid. Very reasonable.
Brian came to do routine maintenance on my furnace. The office called to ask if it was ok that he came earlier than scheduled. They included a picture of what he looked like which was much appreciated. There was a bit of extra work that was needed and Brian gave me an estimate and then did the work while he was here. His estimate was what I paid. He was polite and friendly. I will be staying with Regal for my heating and plumbing needs.

I had a routine furnace cleaning. Josh was the technician and he was on time and did a thorough job. Great service vice from Regal.

Ben came to do an inspection of my pipes. A traffic accident held him up but he was still well within the window of service. He explained what he was doing and recommended several changes and repairs. He put them in to get a quote. Excellent service. Regal is great to work with.

Brian came to put in a pressure regulator. He called to say he would be a bit delayed but he wasn't . Very professional and the work was done quickly. I am very pleased with the Regal service team.

Brad came to do a scheduled furnace clean out. He cleaned it up and cleaned out the chimney and resealed it. Very quick. He also gave an estimate on replacing my water heater. Much appreciated.

Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Communication was outstanding. Always kept me informed as to status of situation. Priced right. No surprises. We will surely use them in the future
