I like when I call the company, a REAL person answers the phone and they are pleasant. The response was fast and service was good. Roger was pleasant and professional. He checked our tub and resolved the issue. The toilet issue was taken care of promptly.
Very nice associate, work was done in a timely mannner, all questions were answered and also explained services offered by company. Took the membership, covers inspection of heating, cooling, and plumbing and a discount if other services needed throughout the year
Technician (Tyler Enfield) was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. He found the problems causing malfunction of heating unit and replaced bad parts at two different places in the system. He cleaned areas where he worked before leaving. Everything was done in a timely abd professional manner. I'll give him 5 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is the best or excellent!!!????

Our AC system was purchased new in October 2025 but, was not working properly. Regal responded promptly to my service request even though we didn't purchase the system from them and I had just bought their service contract the day before. (HVAC company who installed our system went out of business at the end of 2025). Two skilled technicians arrived within an hour. They were very professional, courteous and answered every question I could think of. Most importantly, they did not make pie in the sky statements or promises. The resolution to the problem was not obvious because of a modification apparently done during installation that neither tech had ever seen before. It was not easy to diagnose. To complicate matters more, the temp that day was in the low 50s making it difficult to properly test the AC. The lead tech said the next day's forecast called for a high of 81. If it worked properly then, we'd know for sure they'd found and fixed the problem. If it didn't, i was to call right away and they'd come out again. As it turned out, our AC worked perfectly the next day. We are very satisfied with Regal.

Roger was very professional. He took his time explaining the process he would need to go through to diagnose the location of the leak, as well as the necessary fix. I will definitely continue to utilize Regal for all of my plumbing needs.
