This was my first time using Regal since they merged with F. F. Kling. They were able to come out , diagnose my issue, and replace my aging water heater with a new tankless system all in the same day. Everyone I delt with from the initial call through installation was very professional and personable. I would have no problem recommending Regal to anyone in the future.
Service Technicians Max and Hector are very knowledgeable and well spoken. They answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and were a pleasure to have working in our house.

Brad was punctual and courteous. He had to do some trouble shooting to find the problem. Which turned out to be an easy fix. He explained what he check and how he fixed the problem.
