I was able to get a same day appointment for a problem I was having. The technician was courteous and friendly. He determined the cause of the problem and helped to resolve it.
When our AC stopped cooling, we had someone on site the day after we called (which was very good, since this was after the first hot day of the year — I bet their phones were lighting up something fierce!) at the time we requested. We got a text with the photo of the tech who was going to show up (not needed, but indicative of concern about the customer's peace of mindfulness mind) and a heads up just before he showed up. Hector was very polite, efficient, and explained what might be wrong before he even started looking, based on our description. And yes, that was the fatal problem. (This was not a shock — when the system was tested by FF Kling last year, the tech warned us our AC was reaching end of life, so we knew if not this year, then soon.) This was late Friday afternoon, so we wouldn't get an estimator until next week... no, wait, Hector called around, somebody was finishing up in the area and would be here shortly!
This was our first full-blown service call with Regal, and we are very impressed.
The guys were great. The only problem that I had was that no one contacted me that they were going to be late. Not a problem they were late; just a notification would have been helpful.

Roger was very professional, cleared my clogged floor drain and was in and out in what was less than 30-45 mins. He was obviously very experienced and knew the problem almost immediately. Money well spent.
