Josh is so amazing and thorough. He was running early so the work we had done was finished earlier than expected which is greatly appreciated. Josh is very courteous but very friendly. It was an enjoyable experience and we're glad to have met him. We will use Regal for any additional HVAC/plumbing needs.

Another PM on the furnace before winter sets in. Can't say enough good things about Randy, I got a follow up phone call about a possible humidifier problem from him.
Well pump not working. Called in at 7 AM and someone was at the house by 11. New pump installed and working before 2. That's good service!

I contacted Regal because our furnace wasn't working and we had no heat. Brad was courteous and took the time to explain. It was an expensive part, but it was necessary to get the heater working again. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I used Regal services in the past and I would definitely contact them again, if needed.
Jake and Eric the installers were knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. In other words, not all technical jargon.
