On time. Knowledgeable. Friendly but focused and efficient. Evaluated situation, explained what was needed, then proceeded to unclog drain and verified drain was running. Bill amount was as expected.
I have a very old furnace from Florida the tech worked with me and we were able together to figure out what the issue was. People willing to follow what you think is wrong first I admire, most think they know the issue and will not listen.
