Max did a superb job this morning. The tasks at hand included the yearly heat pump check up and descaling my tankless water heater. While there he noticed the Indoor air handler lacked a surge protector. He advised me the pros of having one vs the potential consequences of not having it installed. Needless to say, Max had one on his truck and hardwired it to my system. The decision was totally mine after he presented me the information. Regal is a great plumbing and hvac company that stands behind their work . As usual, I give them 100 stars.
Max did a great job and explained what he did during the time here.
Randy Wynn was fantastic. He explained everything and double checked the completed work to insure everything was working properly.

Had furnace check and tune up today. Great job! Luckily I had no major issues. Filter was replaced.
Regal has been absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a failing heating system original to the home (over 20 years old), as well as plumbing issues. With the amount of work that needed done, I had the opportunity to work with Kevin, Ben, Josh, and Jacob; all whom have been extremely professional, kind, and really knew their stuff! We were able to schedule our furnace to be replaced in under 2 weeks, with the actual installation taking only 4 hours. All the Regal personnel were attentive and described all the steps of the process. After install, we discovered we had a water/condesation leak coming from the exhaust of the furnace. Jacob came back out, in the snow, to fix it for us, while also notifying us of another leak to be aware of for a roofer. All-in-all, I will continue to do business with Regal and tell others of their deeds!
Max arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. He also provided useful information about our system and was very patient answering our questions.

Great! Brad was in and done very quickly. Was very pleasant and advised us to replace capacitor that was running week. He was able to do it while here on the cleaning visit so we didn't have to schedule another appointment and hope it didn't fail until the appointment. Pricing was reasonable. Would like to set up a spring AC maintenance appointment for 1st week of May.
Once again, amazing service from the team at Regal Plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
