Max was impressive in every way. Punctual, professional and personable. He did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning the furnace and identified a problem with the humidifier control and quickly implemented a solution.
Benjamin was excellent! He was on time and told me immediately the issue with my furnace. The water level was too low and that's why it shut off. He was honest and didn't try to scam me. I appreciate it and I will continue to use Regal Plumbing.

Devin McNutt was here to clean and service our boiler. He did an excellent job and noticed a problem with the boiler from the manufacturer. He called the company and they are sending it replacement parts which he will fix when they arrive. I am so great full for Devin's work ethic and expertise. American workmanship at it's finest.
All of the service technicians that l have seen are very qualified. Josh, Regan and Devin. They are on time, honest, friendly and helpful. No problem with the technicians or the office people at all. Starting to have problems with the NTI furnace after 8 years. Guess they don't make them like they use to.
