My heat/hot water boiler went out in 17 degree weather. Brad came out and diagnosed the problem, got the system running, and then tested each zone to make sure all were running properly. Great service!

As always, we are very satisfied with Regal, especially with the work Brandon does, whether servicing or repairing. This time he repaired a small leak and installed a replacement part in our furnace. We appreciate that he sends us a heads-up text when he is on his way to service furnace. . Brandon works efficiently and in a timely manner. He is always very courteous and professional. Finally, a word about Regal staff overall - everyone at Regal is pleasant, courteous, and professional. Those who handle phone calls are super polite, pleasant, and helpful - always! We have been loyal customers of Regal since 1997.

Reagan showed up promptly on time and was quick to identify the problem. He also took some time to walk me through what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Im normally frustrated with any sort of service professional, but this one was on point.

Brandon was great.came in, checked out the A/C unit, explained what was wrong and told me what he could try to do to fix the problem. Unfortunately, that didn't work, and my unit is really to old to repair economically. So, putting in a couple of window units until I can get Regal here to discuss the next steps!!
