Reagan was great, very thorough, explained exactly what was wrong with my AC and arrived right on time.
Truck trouble (understandable) caused pb. Transfer of necess tools etc was incomplete. Techs arrived and realized missing necess. items to complete job. Waiting for needed equipment caused further delay. Could not complete installation in 1 day as agreed, tho they did provide a portable air conditioner to get us thru the night. It adequitely cooled the bedroom but was so noisy, it was like sleeping next to a leaf blower. Plus in the morning we had a puddle of water on the floor. We're pleased with the new system in spite of the rocky start.

Great and immediate service
Ben came to my house today and helped me with my HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciate his expert assistance. It was really hot but he spent the whole day here keeping us cool. He was very friendly and my cats even liked him! Thanks Ben
Josh was very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. He explained everything he was doing before beginning the work.
Max and Josh were very friendly, courteous and on time. They answered our questions about the age of our AC system and also adjusted several vents that were not working properly. We're really pleased with Regal's service and glad we signed up for Regal's Whole Home Plan because we've already saved money on necessary inspections and repairs.
