Glad they could come the same day. Explained both problems so that I understood them.
Problem fixed, they were both very nice.
Technician arrived when indicated by his in route email. Did a complete check of the system. Did all the repairs at a fair price. I can tell the difference already with the system. He took the time to explain everything and gave some recommendations for the future. I am very pleased with the service I received.

The ducts are clean! Due to renovation, we had our ducts cleaned. The technicians were professional. I especially appreciated the floor covering to prevent scratches on our newly refinished floors.There were a few hiccups I discovered after they left, but Regal sent Rodney within 20 minutes. I appreciated the quick response and that the issues were quickly remedied. Mistakes happen to all of us and I am very pleased with everyone's work today.Thank you! ????
The guys from Regal are always professional and explain what they are doing and what is needed and why. You cannot go wrong using this company for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!
Nov. 10, 2025 - Josh came and installed replacement parts on the furnace. Everything went great and the furnace is running beautifully.
October 27, 2025 - Josh was here for a furnace inspection. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. *****
April 7, 2025 - Once again service was excellent. I never have any complaints with Regal. A++++ All the way around.
All of my experiences with Regal have been great. They are efficient and friendly. I'll be using Regal from now on out.
**Feb. 2024 - We needed our furnace and AC unit replaced due to a cracked heat exchanger. Max, Kevin, Rodney & Greg did a great job getting it done. Now we have a top of the line efficient new system. Thanks guys!
At the same time the furnace was being installed we had a sewage back up. Two gentleman were over here in a few minutes of calling and fixed things right away. I apologies for forgetting their names.
3/26/2024 - Rodney & Devin were here quickly and did a great job of getting the furnace back up and running immediately.
3/26/2024 - Brandon & his partner were here quickly and did a great job of getting dain unclogged and removing the sewage water from the basement.
4/1. Kevin was here promptly to check out the error code on my thermostat and dertermined it was a problem with the AC unit. He could have been more pleasant and helpful.
4/12 The guys came again this morning and did a great job finishing up work on our HVAC System. Always friendly and professional.
1/28/2024 Randy was great. Friendly and professional. He fixed the problem right away and now the furnace is running perfect.
Josh was early to our scheduled appointment, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a quick furnace tuneup. We can always count on Regal!
