Korry at Regal was great at finding solutions to our toilet replacement where the floor and flange were rotted out. He was able to solve for the floor issue and kept the cost of install low. I'm very pleased with his work and communication. Overall I'm happy with Regal's service.

Service men were very pleasant and efficient.
I called for a non-urgent service call and Roger came the next day. Good communication. Fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up. I called back the next day about another potential problem that I wasn't sure was related to issue #1 or not. He came back that afternoon, checked it out and told me everything was good. He didn't charge for the second visit. Would highly recommend Regal for plumbing needs.
Great experience all around! Max and Josh were awesome and did a neat job with the new heater install—quick and professional. Stacey was super helpful with scheduling and coordination on the phone. Definitely recommend!

I called right before close on Friday, but said I didn't want them out over the weekend. They were there first thing Monday, diagnosed the problem, and had the condenser motor installed and running the following day, before noon. Great rates, efficient and friendly.
I used them last year to fix the installation job of my boiler that another company messed up badly. I am so glad that I saved their number. I actually had the same technician out for both jobs. He did fantastic work and in a very timely manner.
