Brandon was great.came in, checked out the A/C unit, explained what was wrong and told me what he could try to do to fix the problem. Unfortunately, that didn't work, and my unit is really to old to repair economically. So, putting in a couple of window units until I can get Regal here to discuss the next steps!!

Josh did a great job on PM of the furnace. Found a part nearly worn out, recommended replacement. Will get that done when part gets in.
