Just had a Navien tankless water heater installed to replace my old, leaking 50 gallon tank. I like the smaller size. Time will tell regarding its performance. The Regal team was excellent including the customer rep Amanda and the installer/technician Reagan. Based on my limited experience to date I highly recommend Regal.

They cleaned my sewer line from my basement to the sewer main in the street with a process called chain knocking for $1,200. Another company wanted to dig up the trap and install a liner in the pipe for $13,000. It's nice to find an honest company that doesn't try to sell unnecessary work.
