Finally, some honest service! The two service technicians that responded to my home were both honest and professional.
They suggested that we start with the least expensive option and if needed, progress to the next option.
I was fortunate in that the first option worked.
I was also given some preventative maintenance suggestions that I will employ in the future.
I will not hesitate to call Regal in the future.

Called Regal for a gas fireplace repair and I was given an appointment within less than a week. Very impressive since it was the week between Christmas and New Year's.
Randy Wynn was timely, very professional, knowledgeable, informative and identified and repaired the problem readily. Very pleased with Regal's quick response and Randy's work ethic. I didn't realize that Regal did gas fireplace repairs, so I'm grateful that I've found a reliable company that actually could make the repair on our older unit.

Regal tech came out to repair a pressure relief valve on our boiler that was leaking. After replacing several faulty valves and a thermostat, the system works well. I am pleased with the speed and expertise with Brad. He did great work.
