Very professional
Pilot light on the furnace would not stay lit and it is almost 0° outside. I called them and they were able to come assess what needed to be done, replaced the part and the furnace was working within a few hours.
Burst pipe in the garage a few days before we take a very long trip out of the country. We called and Regal responded by early afternoon. Aiden fixed it quickly and effectively, now we can travel with peace of mind. Thanks again!

Aiden is the best! He worked so hard to solve our problem, never giving up when things were difficult. He also did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. We appreciate that he had to work on a weekend and in cold conditions most of the visit. Give that man a raise!!!
