Great! Brad was in and done very quickly. Was very pleasant and advised us to replace capacitor that was running week. He was able to do it while here on the cleaning visit so we didn't have to schedule another appointment and hope it didn't fail until the appointment. Pricing was reasonable. Would like to set up a spring AC maintenance appointment for 1st week of May.
Once again, amazing service from the team at Regal Plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
Josh did a wonderful job assessing/replacing the Kw package explaining the mix up in parts and getting things done correctly as he did the last time working on the AC capacitor and fully explaining our issue and costs. Excellent. Yearly maintenance contract was needed to keep our heating in perfect shape.
Tech took time to trouble shoot multiple items before figuring out the exact cause. Part needed was not in stock at the supply houses around the area, but he got the system working enough to get through the weekend and until we could schedule a follow up service.
Max did a great job on the heat pump. He explained everything and cleaned up after himself.
