I am so glad I called this company. I used Haller before, and in comparison, the guys from Regal were very knowledgeable, seemed to really care about the work they did, were very friendly, and explained everything they did thoroughly. Everything they charged me for was significantly less expensive than the larger companies, and the work that was done was nothing less than stellar. The lady who initially picked up the phone when I called was also extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was very friendly (which isn't always the case with people who have to work in a customer facing role). Based on this experience with talking to the phone receptionist and the installation of the hot water heater and maintenance of the heating system today, I will be staying with Regal, and I will be recommending them to friends and colleagues in the future.

The whole process was great! Everything from the communication, the work, and interactions were excellent. Josh, Eric, Jake, and Kevin and their teams were fantastic to have working on our house and throughout the process of everything.
