I am a previous customer of a FF Kling's, who closed their doors in 2025 while I was under a maintenance agreement. I was directed to Regal, Inc PH&Air after my furnace malfunctioned at the height of this recent cold snap and following the storm storm. I spoke to I believe the regional manager "Mike". He walked me through getting my furnace running over the phone at no cost. I spoke to admin staff "Kim" on the following day to advise all was well. However, today my furnace stopped working at 6:00am, and 9 degrees outside! I called in at 7:30 and was nicely greeted by Kim. She advised she would put me in line for a service call today. 4 hours later, I received a text from Technician "Max". He was on his way. He arrived, was smiling, put shoe covers on to walk through my home, fixed my problem with the furnace in one hour, and then discussed future options.

Regal honored someone else's contract, with all three persons that I interacted with doing it with patience, kindness and a smile. I wish I had known about Regal 20 years ago. I will be using them from this point forward for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

They quickly responded when I said that our furnace was not working and it was very cold outside. They quickly identified the issue and repaired the problem.

Brandon showed up and two hours later he was onto his next job for the evening. The circulator pump went out on our boiler, fortunately he had a replacement on his truck. Then the pressure valve was out of service and again there was a replacement on the truck. This was a callout on a Saturday and I did have to wait my turn but the work was completed in a timely manner.

Your technician, Max was very good. He knew exactly what to look for when I described what my furnace was doing. He was very thorough about finding the igniter that was needed. I was impressed by his professionalism. I was a little surprised by what we were charged. I felt that $550 was quite a lot for replacing a small igniter. With the weather being extremely cold, we felt that we didn't have a choice.
