Amanda was attentive to my needs. She was courteous and professional. I described my situation and she assured me that she could resolve my problem. I requested a particular service tech and she scheduled him within three days. I was very satisfied with her responsiveness.
Sevice technician Randy Wynn arrived on time at the date scheduled. Extremely qualified in the service and repair of Munchkin high efficiency boilers. The service was completed in under two hours. He was well prepared for the repair. Fired up and tested for two cycles on and off. The family is warm and happy. And so am I.
I had several pipes freeze and break. I had water in most of my house within 24 hours of calling.
Great job, complete and thorough maintenance of the heating and /AC systems.

Very professional
Pilot light on the furnace would not stay lit and it is almost 0° outside. I called them and they were able to come assess what needed to be done, replaced the part and the furnace was working within a few hours.
Burst pipe in the garage a few days before we take a very long trip out of the country. We called and Regal responded by early afternoon. Aiden fixed it quickly and effectively, now we can travel with peace of mind. Thanks again!
