This was our first time using Regal and it was a very good experience all around. Josh was technically sound and very personable. He shared all of his findings and answered all the questions I had. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were both professional and personable. Everyone I dealt with created a good first impression of the company and a positive customer experience. It is comforting to have a relationship with company you can trust and rely on.
Great customer support they were able to schedule an appointment without a long wait. The tech Benjamin was knowledgeable and helped us with our furnace.

Regal responded same day to my furnace outage. They fixed the problem and had my furnace back on same day. The technicians are always polite knowledgeable and transparent
