I had an issue with water accumulating in my AC pan. The service technician figured out what the problem was and fixed the problem. He did a really great job.
Technician (Josh) arrived in the scheduled time frame and thoroughly checked my HVAC system for the winter. He suggested that the humidifier filter be replaced, gave me the cost, and I approved the work. As usual, Josh was respectful of my home and my time and completed the service efficiently.
