Extremely happy with the service provided by Regal. We recently had our AC serviced and learned there was an issue with our main board needing replacement. The entire process from scheduling service with Amanda, inspection and replacement with Josh, was a very positive experience! Everyone we have had the pleasure of interacting with at Regal is extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and take a lot of pride in their work. It's always a little unnerving when starting a relationship with a new company, but this is one that I trust will do the right by their customers!
