I was very pleased with my service call today. The technician was courteous and thorough with the repairs on my heat pump. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers to keep snow and dirt out of the house.
Josh McDonald was here yesterday after hours to check out our furnace because it stopped working. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and replaced some parts. He informed us that the part that went up was a manufacturing issue. He is going to order the necessary replacement parts. He was courteous and professional.

The water heater died on a Sunday morning the day of a predicted snowstorm. Not a problem for Regal! I received a timely call-back, the service technician arrived within the hour, and we had a new water heater installed in just a few hours. They were wonderful!
