Regal just replaced my entire heat pump system with a more efficient system that has a propane backup. I couldn't be happier with the work and the system itself. Kevin, Christian, and Pete worked diligently in my home for 4 days to install the new system. It was cold while they worked in the attic, bent in half, and kneeling on rafters, yet they still managed to be kind and friendly. The quality of their work is impeccable. They answered all of my questions and taught me how to use the new system, all while tolerating my curious dogs. I believe that if employees are happy that the company is treating them well. This is surely the case at Regal. I will happily use Regal for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs. I also appreciate the information provided by Josh prior to the start of the project. Thanks, fellas!

Fast, professional, and high-quality work. I use Regal regularly and appreciate every staff member I have interacted with. Everyone is friendly and highly professional. They don't push products on you. Instead, they provide options and let you choose what you are comfortable with. There is no such thing as a "stupid question" when speaking with Regal employees. They happily answer any and all questions.

Regal just took over for our previous HVAC company. We had lost heat, temps were dropping fast with outdoor temps in the single digits. We called after hours and still had a tech out to us in under 2 hours! The tech was extremely knowledgeable. He resolved our issue quickly. We so appreciate their stellar service.
Furnace not working properly. Brad diagnosed the problem and made adjustments to make it function efficiently in less than an hour! System has been running great!

I am a previous customer of a FF Kling's, who closed their doors in 2025 while I was under a maintenance agreement. I was directed to Regal, Inc PH&Air after my furnace malfunctioned at the height of this recent cold snap and following the storm storm. I spoke to I believe the regional manager "Mike". He walked me through getting my furnace running over the phone at no cost. I spoke to admin staff "Kim" on the following day to advise all was well. However, today my furnace stopped working at 6:00am, and 9 degrees outside! I called in at 7:30 and was nicely greeted by Kim. She advised she would put me in line for a service call today. 4 hours later, I received a text from Technician "Max". He was on his way. He arrived, was smiling, put shoe covers on to walk through my home, fixed my problem with the furnace in one hour, and then discussed future options.
Regal honored someone else's contract, with all three persons that I interacted with doing it with patience, kindness and a smile. I wish I had known about Regal 20 years ago. I will be using them from this point forward for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
