Is Regal more expensive than some other places? Yes. Are they absolutely amazing at what they do? Also yes. I had to have my water heater replaced over the weekend and even with the after hours fee the price was more than fair. They were quick, explained everything, and did a great job at getting it installed properly. I trust Regal with almost everything that needs to be done in my home.
I have used this company for 30 years. They have always been attentive, quick to respond, and thorough when completing work. If there was ever an issue they usually returned the same day as call. Highly recommended!
Update 11/2023...still mostly happy with this company; excellent, quick, professional service....BUT.....900% markup over Amazon price for the toilet flush valve.....REALLY???!!!
Update 1/2024...quick replacement of bad sump pump. Great job by Kasim and Eric(?). They arrived on time and were done in an hour. Price was fair and inline with the last sump pump replacement 4 years ago(by another company). Thanks!
Update 1/2026. Upgraded back to 5 stars! I have used these guys for a number of more recent repairs/projects, from plumbing to a new HVAC system last August. Everyone from the front office staff (especially Amanda) to all the field service/install guys who have been here have been EXCELLENT! Knoweledgeable, caring, and positive. Thanks!!!

Answered early morning call was out by noon as promised. Explained parts were needed, and I will be contacted Monday to complete job. Tracy and Max were very friendly. Contacted me when parts were in . Installed new blower. Got part approved for warranty, only paid for install. I was very happy. Highly recommend. Will be using them in the future.

Last operation was a new boiler with on demand hot water. Works well after a few issues were tweaked.
