Brad was very polite, very knowledgable, and suggested three possible solutions to our particular heating problem. He's very thorough and confident that any one of the approaches would make our situation less dire.
We called Regal about an issue regarding our well pump, and they had someone in our house in less than a hour. They did a good job.

I had an issue with my furnace over night. I called the office this morning after they opened. The very nice young lady that answered the phone was able to schedule a tech to come out today. Brandon listened to what was going on did a quick inspection said that it needed a new nozzle and filter change. He gave me a price in which included the service call. He was able to do the service get the furnace running as it should. Very please with the service and professionalism. Thank you.
Update:
My first furnace service as part of the service plan. Brad the oil service technician came out this morning as scheduled. He changed the changed the filter, nozzle checked over the entire furnace. He suggested the exchanger to be cleaned. An extra $80.00 over the plan with discount. Definitely agreed it needed to be done. He did a great job explaining everything as he did it. He cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Update:
Had the plumber dept come out to fix washing machine hoses, he recommended replacement of shut off valves due to rusting, I very much agreed he did it very professional plumber was extremely happy. So happy I asked him to look at installing a shower pan upstairs he took pictures said they would get back to me. I felt that the ball was dropped by someone in the office. I sent in a note via a text to a number I had. Kim from the office called apologized for their mix up, she worked out a price quite a bit higher then I hoped for but I agreed. The same plumber and a helper came out. They did a wonderful job. Both knew exactly what needed to do they worked very well together as a team. They installed it and when I would ask questions about it they answered them for me. I felt I did the right thing calling them. Towards the end of the project I asked if they could install the 3 piece surround. He checked with the office got back with a price which was way out of the budget I felt comfortable with. They finished up the pan install cleaned up and we're on their way. I would recommend them for your hvac and plumbing projects.
