Ryan and his partner did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable and took pride in what they were doing. We had a ductless A/C system replaced.

Great service
Originally had to schedule service out 3 days but when a spot opened on there calendar they called and got here the next day. Diagnosis and repair took less that 30 min (bad capacitor was causing fan to not run properly on exterior unit). The AC unit is pretty old (20+ years old and still uses R22). I plan on have it replaced soon and will have Regal do the install of the new system.

Regal is the best! Had an issue with my HVAC system that was quickly resolved. Custmer service was responsive. Jacob, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Very knowledgeable and understanding
Professional and reasonable prices. Good customer service. Arrived as scheduled each time. This time, had uninstall gas appliances (stove, dryer) toilet, ped sink, dishwasher (when scheduled, I forgot to mention dishwasher. They did it anyway without a separate appt) Reinstalled everything a week later (remodeling project) Previously, had install tankless water heater and routine maintenance on heater and a/c. I would definitely recommend this company.
Dan did great work fixing my tub faucet leak, replacing bathroom hardware.
We had a slow drain that needed to be fixed. Kevin S. arrived ahead of schedule and was very polite and courteous. He performed the work promptly, told me what causes these issues and how to prevent it in the future. He made sure everything was clean and that I was satisfied with the work before he left. I would certainly call them again.
Update - 3 Mar 2019:
I had to call Regal again because of a very shy leak at the toilet. Amanda was very polite and worked me into their schedule that was convenient for both of us. Truman came to the house and was very polite and courteous. He spent some time trying to find the leak but was unable too, so he gave me some suggestions to help track it down. Later that night we found it(my family and I, Truman wasn't there). Truman is a great guy, if you're from Balmer he'll reminisce with you about all the things that once made that a great city.
Update 28 Jan 2021:
I had to call them again because I suspected two faucet cartridges were leaking and the pop-up in one sink had broken. Kevin S came out again and replaced everything. (They have been out here so many times I feel like I'm putting someone's kid through college, in which case I expect an invite to a graduation). He did a great job, was respectful of property and cleaned up his mess. We even continued conversations we had started the last couple of times he was here. Would still (and will probably need to) call them again.
Update 29 Oct 2024:
I had to call them because our fairly new water heater started acting up. They had a tech out the next day, he immediately found a defective check valve and had it fixed within a few minutes. Really appreciate the great service from both the office personnel and the techs, they are all professional and courteous.

I really appreciate the service we get from them. The office people are professional, polite and courteous (even if they don't send donuts and chocolate milk). Kevin came and replaced the tank to bowl gasket and he was done in no time. He is a great guy and has always done a great job.
