Great customer service. Very polite, professional and courteous staff and installers. Answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the install and their know-how. System works amazing and would definitely hire again for any other work I would need.

My Father, Jim was having problems with is water. He has a well and my Husband called Regal plumbing and they were out the very next day. Checked everything and told him what it was. Came out 2 days later and completed the job. Justin and Forest were the 2 gentlemen that did the work, and they did a fantastic job. My Husband was there the whole time and said they were alot of fun to joke around with but still were very professional when it came to there work. I would definitely recommend Regal. Again, great job guys.
Thank-you

Aidan was great. Fixed a bunch of issues at my house in 1 day and it took hours and he was the best person for the job. Got the work done and was super nice about it. Highly recommend Regal

Had routine cleaning and was informed there was another service needed that wasn't part of service plan. Was easy to ask questions and decided how to handle additional cleaning as well as payment invoicing. Great customer service and easy interaction.

Needed a 50 gallon water heater replaced. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. They also installed a quality water heater above builder grade. I would use them again for my furnace, which is on it's way out. Highly recommend!

Update: I went with them for my furnace and they did an excellent job. They replaced and hauled away the old one and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. The UV light I had installed did burn out, not on them, but they came out the next day and replaced it. They're highly responsive and do incredible work.

Update: I also just had them install a gas line to my kitchen for a new stove. Once again, quick, efficient, quality work. They were able to run a line from my manifold through the bulwark, and up through the floor to the kitchen. No mess, no hassle. I'll more than likely be updating this post again once I have them replace my AC unit. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Update 10/16/2026: If you can't already tell with my updates, I use Regal exclusively for my HVAC and Plumbing needs. Kevin came over today and fixed my leaking toilet and sink. He was thorough in his assessment and great to talk to. Always go with Regal if they're available in your area.

I have been using Regal Plumbing and Heating for a number of years. I have always been satisfied with their work. They have always been quick to respond, polite, efficient and reasonably priced. This time I have an old toilet (the tank is separated from the bowl by an "L" pipe, probably from the 50's) that was leaking water through the seal at the bottom of the tank and not holding water in the tank. I didn't want to replace the toilet. The technician, Korey, went back to their shop and in a short time returned with the part. Thank you Regal.
