The repair response was excellent. The sales response was great. The breakdown occurred with logistics in scheduling the installation of a new HVAC unit.
What started as about a 4 day till install became an 8 day till install schedule.
A delay this long is unacceptable during the dead of winter for a $13000.00 bill.
Update 1: the manager of HVAC Installations contacted me yesterday, the 11th, and spoke with me about the issue. He was quite upset about my review and wanted to do something to make the situation right with me. His obvious concern was moving to me and he offered to install the heating part of the unit on Monday (he would do the install himself) and keep Thursday setup as the AC unit part of the installation.
Update #2: The HVAC Installation manager (Rodney) is a man of his word. They arrived Monday morning ?ith the new HVAC unit and began the swap out. The Heating part of the unit was installed today.
They will return Thursday 01/16 to complete the install of the AC portion of the unit.
Note: the contract called for a change of the thermostat. Sales was supposed to have removed it from the contract as there was a 1+ year old Honeywell smart thermostat on the existing system. He failed to do so.
All is working fantastic with new HVAC unit.
A technician came by to check the coolant level in the AC UNIT yesterday, as a follow-up, and reported that everything was great ???? with the unit.

All of the servicemen that came to our house were polite, helpful and very nice (Kevin, Christian and apprentice). They stayed until we fully understood how to work the new thermostat and Christian worked with me and my phone until I got the Bryant app downloaded correctly. We appreciate the time and effort they put into this project! Kevin was especially knowledgeable about the furnace/AC/thermostat. Regal is a great company to utilize for installation and service; they teach their employees the right way!
I've been using Regal for the past 5 years. They are very great to work with. Always prompt, don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need and they are very courteous and professional.
Staff arrived on time. Both were very friendly, introduced themselves and accurately described the work they would be performing on my plumbing inspection. Went over findings and recommendations with Me. Very good experience with Regal which is why I have used them for 26 years.
