BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in need of some repairs in a short amount of time. They were able to come out the very next day. The gentleman was super friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. I will 100% use them again and I highly recommend them!
Edit: very expensive! Ben was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and made sure I understood. I'm glad we switched to Regal!

Great service! Randy is excellent. He is very through and very patient when going over how to program to dual system. We have two A/C systems and two Heating Systems and he is very knowledgeable about our systems. We have been using Regal for at least 20 years and very happy with their service.
My technician Max, did a great job on showing me what was needed during my tune up. I would highly recommend and will continue to use their service.
UPDATE: 5-14-2025: I hired Regal to do a service check on our AC. Brandon came and did a splendid job for us. He put slippers on before entering the house, and thoroughly Inspected the entire system, both in the attic and outside. He found a bad piece that was shorted out by a snake. Bottom line: Brandon was totally professional, well trained, respected our property, and just great overall as was the work. This is why I continue to use Regal.
I have used Regal for almost 5 years now. They are always very kind, understanding, and take your problem seriously. When they promise you a time to be at your house, they WILL be there at that time. Today I had an issue with a new thermostat Regal installed. They were here within one hour, repaired the problem, and again all is well. A Lady named Kim who often answers the phone is the nicest person you will ever talk to.
I have no problems recommending Regal. They have always come thru for me. Greg
