Randy Wynn arrived at our home on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater. He explained what was needed to repair the water heater and went over the cost with my husband and I. He then completed the work and had me come and he showed me all of the work that he completed. Randy did a great job and was very helpful!

Called in the morning and the technician arrived same day pm. My problem was sewer line going to the street was backed up and the technician uncloged the line quickly. So thankful Regal was able to get there same day and resolve my issue.
