Regal has been outstanding for me and my wife. They service our hvac system with their extremely knowledgeable technicians. they have done some light plumbing work up to recently. Currently they are working on a major Shower installation for me. Kim from the office went above and beyond to help me out of a very ugly situation. Craig came out promptly to look at the job and do a through inspection. it been scheduled to be completed between tomorrow and Friday. The wife and I are so excited ro have it completed. Thanks to the Regal Technicians,Office staff especially Kim, and management. They have always taken great care of us. now for the finally to the shower issue. Jason and Cass came out yesterday and worked extremely hard to install a difficult shower door. They both went above and beyond to make us very happy.
I called Regal for second opinion. Technician arrived on time. He was very professional. He gave me an honest diagnosis. After home warranty dragged its feet to send someone for A/C replacement, I called Regal for a quote. Then furnace needed to replace as well. They scheduled the furnace replacement when they had opening due to no heat source at 20+ degree. We couldn't thank them enough to get the furnace in asap. Definitely will call Regal for future repair and maintenance.

Service was rendered quickly and efficiently. Plumbers that came were very polite and took time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it.
The two technicians who cleaned my dryer vent were very professional and efficient, polite and took time to explain what they were going to do, and when they were finished, they explained everything they had to do.
