Max was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and fixed the problem.
My A/C quit working on the hottest days and nights of summer so far. I talked to Kimberly at Regal Inc. Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and she scheduled a service call immediately (reasonable cost) Within a hour and a half service tech Reagan Moore showed up, diagnosed and fixed the a/c units problem (Correct parts on his truck) in a half hour - 40 minutes. Blowing cold air once again. Not bad for a 40 year old unit. Thanks again Kimberly, Reagan and Regal Inc.
Tech was very friendly worked for two hour and then advised us that because it was Saturday he couldn't find a parts
He called it in and they were here today and it seems everything is working

Noticed a water spot on my ceiling this morning. Called Regal for service. They were here very quickly. The 2 servicemen were great at diagnosing where our leak was & fixed it. Very happy with their service! I would give them 5 stars!
